Online retreat “Blackberry”

Online psychological support program for partners and wives of defenders.
Six creative webinar trainings, relaxation practices, a circle of like-minded people, and real tools for inner support, resources, and mutual assistance.

About Project

“Blackberry” is an online retreat created specifically for women whose loved ones are serving or have returned from the front lines. We know what daily life looks like behind the scenes: chronic stress and fatigue, responsibility, and anxiety.

Over the course of six webinars, we will delve into topics such as mental health, family relationships, effective communication with military personnel, restoring your own resources, and respectful interaction. This is a warm place where you can speak openly, breathe more deeply, create together, and be at the center of your own life.

The program is led by psychologist Nadya Pereviznyk, who is also the partner of an active military serviceman.
