About Project
Healing from war trauma is most effective within a circle of people who have lived through the same trials.
To give this process structure and direction, the group needs someone who is not only a true peer among peers but also a trained mental health professional with meaningful experience in working through their own trauma.

That’s why the project “Inner circle” is built first and foremost around a veteran and mental-health specialist — Ihor Kholodylo. Beyond his therapeutic expertise, Ihor carries deep trust and respect within the veteran community.
In-person meetings take place at the Kyiv branch of Veteran Hub (Kyiv, Verkhnii Val St. 2A) on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month at 16:00.
Online meetings take place every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 20:00.
Alongside group work, veterans also take part in various shared activities designed to engage both the mind and the body, since the body plays a central role in trauma recovery.
These include sports, time in nature, crafts, and artistic practices.
The project is a joint initiative of NGO United Humanitarian Front and CHARITABLE FOUNDATION REVIVAL OF THE STRONG
