Regarding Charitable Donations

1. General Provisions
   1.1. This public Offer regarding the provision of a charitable donation (from now on referred to as the “Offer”) is a proposal by the Public Organization “United Humanitarian Front,” registered at the address: Ukraine, 03150, Kyiv, Dilova Street, Building 2B, Apt. 51, EDRPOU Code 44698381, email: office@uhf.fund, represented by its Head, Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Antropov, acting based on the Charter (from now on referred to as the “Beneficiary”), to an undefined circle of capable individuals and private legal entities voluntarily engaging in charitable activities (from now on each such person is referred to as a “Donor”) to agree to the provision of a charitable donation (from now on referred to as the “Agreement”) under the terms described in this Offer with each Donor who accepts it.
   1.2. This Offer constitutes a proposal to agree by Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
   1.3. This Offer becomes effective upon its publication on the Website at the following link: https://uhf.fund (from now on referred to as the “Website”). This Offer is valid indefinitely and may be amended or withdrawn by the Beneficiary at any time (before its acceptance by the Donor) by posting relevant information on the Website.
   
2. Subject of the Agreement
   2.1. Under this Agreement, the Donor transfers funds as a voluntary charitable donation to the Beneficiary free of charge and irrevocably, and the Beneficiary accepts this charitable donation and allocates it for the purposes specified for the donation. All funds received by the Beneficiary in connection with the Website’s Activities shall be allocated for charitable purposes.
   2.2. The Donor’s funds transfer under this Agreement is recognized as a charitable donation by Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations.”
   2.3. The Donor independently determines the amount of the charitable donation. The Donor is entitled to request and receive information from the Beneficiary regarding the nature and scope of the required charitable assistance for specific charitable “projects” and organizations to which the aid will be allocated.
   2.4. The conclusion and execution of this Agreement are not intended to and do not provide for the generation of profit by either party.
   
3. Acceptance of the Offer
   3.1. The Donor independently determines the charitable donation amount and transfers it via payment forms and tools available on the Website. Philanthropic donations are perpetual, and their use by the Beneficiary is not time-limited.
   3.2. When donating, the Donor provides contact information and details to ensure proper identification.
   3.3. Acceptance of the Offer constitutes a complete and unconditional Agreement by the Donor to the terms by transferring funds to the Beneficiary as specified in the Offer. The Offer is accepted, and the Agreement concluded from the date the funds are credited to the Beneficiary’s account.
   3.4. By accepting the Offer, the Donor confirms their Agreement with all its terms and fully understands and agrees with the subject and conditions of the Agreement.
   3.5. The Donor shall bear Any costs associated with the donation (such as transfer fees, taxes, etc.) if such expenses are charged to the Donor and by the Beneficiary. The Donor understands and agrees that some of their donations may cover these unavoidable costs (e.g., payment system processing fees, bank fees, etc.).
   
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
   4.1. The Beneficiary allocates all funds from Donors to charitable purposes.
   4.2. Funds designated for the institutional activities of the Organization will be used accordingly.
   4.3. By providing a charitable donation, the Donor affirms their capacity and the voluntary nature of the transaction, confirming that the subject of the donation is not prohibited, seized, pledged, or encumbered by third-party rights and was not obtained in violation of the Law of Ukraine No. 361-IX “On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism, and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.”
   
5. Final Provisions
   5.1. Funds are collected on an ongoing basis to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and projects listed on the Website.
   5.2. By donating through the Website or via the Organization’s bank details, the Donor consents to this and agrees that the donation amount is non-refundable.
   5.3. Disputes between the Parties shall be resolved through negotiations. If resolution through negotiation is not possible, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the law.
