“REINTEGRATION OF VETERANS INTO THE WORKSPACE”

On October 29 at 6:00 PM, an online conference “Reintegration of Veterans into the Workspace” took place.

At this event, speakers shared their work and ideas on reintegration:

  • Svitlana Kutsenko (Clinical psychologist, author of the course “Building a safe working environment together. Reintegration of veterans”)
  • Natalia Petrenko (Career counselor for veterans, Lobby X)
  • Kateryna Simoroz (Leading reintegration specialist, Carlsberg Ukraine)
  • Olena Tolkachova (Head of AB3 “Angels”)
  • Ihor Kholodylo (Veteran, trauma-focused psychotherapist, facilitator of the United Humanitarian Front veterans support group)

Education

Regular online and offline educational events for HR professionals, employees, and company leaders are aimed at developing skills in creating and improving policies and practices for reintegrating veterans into the workspace.

Training is conducted in the format of workshops, business breakfasts, and webinars.

Here, as a representative of a company, government, or public institution, you can apply for a workshop on reintegration practices for employees or management of your organization.

Community

We are building a community of caring company leaders, HR professionals, and other specialists who consider the reintegration of our defenders into work collectives a critically important task for society.

Cooperation

Your company or organization can reach out to us for training in reintegration practices and for specific services that support the psychological recovery of veterans. These services can also be used as preventive measures for those still serving in the military.

“Circle of Recovery” – our psychological recovery program currently offers the following services for veterans, active military personnel, and their family members:

Veterans support group based on the peer-to-peer principle “Circle of Similar” with Ihor Kholodylo

Reintegration resources and materials are expanding fast, yet not all of them work in practice.

Our knowledge library includes only tested and validated materials by the experts we rely on.
